Capital City Athletics, or CCA for short, is a family center with 15 years of experience where kids between 3 years old and their teenage years can learn how to swim and even join the competitive swim program if they are interested. The experienced instructors are all USA swimming-certified coaches with a diverse competitive swimming background and a passion for education, and they will provide your kids with the highest quality education regardless of their previous level or abilities.
It´s never too early to start your swimming journey; that´s why they suggest beginning with swimming classes at a younger age. As they grow and their abilities progress, the lessons get more complex as they are introduced to more advanced swimming techniques.
